a day job you hate is exactly what you need as an artist 🔥🫠➡️💎

AKA: a “SHADOW CAREER” —> and how that furnace is going to turn you into a diamond if you let it.

A.) A couple of ground rules 👻

1.let’s not be melodramatic about this, it is kind of fun to work a job that sucks. Right? You like to complain about it don’t lie. 2.Litterally some of my favorite jobs in retrospect were the ones i liked the least at the time: Like working 16+ hours straight, 90 hours a week, dangerous jobs that verged on code breaking and neck breaking, or jobs with crazy people—those build character. I try to recognize them as a blessing now. 3.You are not your khakis 4.Nothing can stop you from making the things you want or need to make. You are the greatest thing that’s going to stop you 5.if you really hate your job, like really hate it, i heard someone tell me one time that the best thing you can do at your lowest is…RELISH IT. 😈

This is how legends are made baby.

You are being forged in the fire.

Make or break
